Roomoot is a currently active group that focuses on the theme of pursuing “organic properties” in artificial items. We release various projects that present organic properties to artificial items as we seek for fur, flesh, and tenderness, reactive characteristics that lack in today’s industrial products.

Roomoot was formed by the members with a background of robotics in March 2009. We are mainly active in Tokyo. We conduct trial development that covers general design, machinery, electric circuit, and control software. Strong point is the approach of the trial of biological mechanical systems using flexible materials, sensors and actuators.
